It was a nice weekend to be out in the home garden. We didn't get much rain but may have some tomorrow. Images here include a bumble bee working over the blooms of a lungwort (Pulmonaria). The bright yellow foliage is from my golden tansy (Tanacetum vulgare 'Isla Gold'). To the right is my wife's Mother's Day gift from my younger daughter. This will certainly be a focal point out in the garden... Below is one of our cats, Charlie, out in the cat enclosure where he can watch us work and enjoy some fresh air. Further below are more spring blooms in my garden and at the bottom our our lettuces continuing to grow and Virginia bluebells (Mertensia virginica) at the bottom.
